Its old and has a kinda weird smell. Records play, the tuning knob works. Lights up. I dont have a 8track to test with. But the 4 little knobs on the front dont seem to do anything. That includes the volume knob so its pretty quiet unless u can fix it. No test of the microphone or headphone jack. Kinda dirty, the plastic top cover had lot of scratches.
