LIKE NEW! I WANT badly to list this as "NEW without tag" BC it looks ALMOST FLAWLESS.

it's LIKE NEW!! This hung in my aunt's home for YEARS! I have looked over this with a fine-tooth comb, and I do not see one single sign of wear except ONE DETAIL.... THE 3RD BUTTON from the top, in the center, has some issues with the stones. ONE is missing and a few look dull and looked missing until I got really up close to it. I THINK all but one rhinestone is still there. hard to say. they look dull but I THINK THEY ARE STILL THERE... For the purposes of this "condition description, I will say this is "GREAT PRE-OWNED CONDITON!"
