This is a doll charm of Chelsea, Barbie's little sister, which is very popular in Korea.
It comes with a case to prevent dirt and falls.
This is a one-of-a-kind item.

You can add pearl earrings for an additional 500 yen.
If you remove the carabiner from the case and attach it to the doll, it becomes a keychain.
You can use it with or without the case.
