Classic Women's vintage original Burberry Rain coat. Confirm your size based on measurements on pics. I'm a 5"3 woman and jacket is at half my calves, it's 44" long so perfect length for a petite person but if taller than me still will look super cute and stylish as a short rain coat.
No belt I misplaced it but if I ever find it in next few months I can always Mail it to you.
Will still look good without a belt, in fact that belt gets awkward sometimes and some people tie it with a knot l, when you're on the go sometimes buckling it gets in the way.
